1.) Visual Inspection of air                handler & duct Work

2.) Visual Check of condenser          and evaporator for oil stains

3.) Check all safeties and limits

4.) Clean condensing unit using      solvent

5.) Check condenser fan blade          and condition

6.) Visual check of condenser          and blowing fan speed

7.) Check drain

8.) Check temperature across coil      and record

9.) Lubricate as needed

10.) Change 1” pleated or                  fiberglass filters

11.) Check thermostat & see if            setting matches space

12.) Check contactor make sure          not pitted.

13.) Check compressor amp draw        and record

14.) Check condenser amp draw          and record

15.) Check all wiring connections        and tighten

16.) Check capacitor and record        microfarads

17.) Mega Ohm compressor and  
      record

18.) Check refrigerant charge and        record pressures

19.) Check Superheat on                  approach and record
