2.) Check all safeties and             limits

3.) Check Carbon Monoxide,      & Combustion efficiencies      & record

4.) Visual inspection of                 venting

5.) Check condensate drain

6.) Check for gas leaks               around furnace

7.) Visual inspection of pilots       and burners for proper           burn

8.) Lubricate as needed

9.) Check and vacuum as           needed

10.) Clock gas meter &                 record (natgas)

11.) Clean flame sensor

       A.) Thermocouple

       B.)  Flame Rod- Record

12.) Check thermostat                 settings and adjust

13.) Measure and record               temp rise

14.) Replace 1” regular or             pleated filter

15.) Check electrical                    connections for                    tightness

16.) Clean pilot assembly

17.) Clean and adjust burner         as needed

18.) Check water heater               operation (visual on               gas, amps on elec)

19.) Clean pressure switch           ports
