1.) Visual Inspection of               system, ductwork & ht         exchgr for cracks

2.) Check all safeties and             limits

3.) Check Carbon Monoxide,      & record

4.) Visual inspection of                 venting, Clean

5.) Replace Nozzle & oil               Filter, clean & adjust             electrodes

6.) Check Oil line fitting for           leak.

7.) Check tube & end cone

8.) Lubricate as needed

9.) Check and vacuum as           needed (blower                     compartment & HTX)

10.) Check electrical                     connections & tighten

11.) Clean Stack Relay or             CAD Cell

12.) Check thermostat                 settings and adjust

13.) Measure and record               temp rise

14.) Replace 1” regular or             pleated filter

15.) Check oil pump coupling

16.) Clean pump strainer

17.) Check pump oil                     pressure & record

18.) Check efficiency

19.)  Check water heater              operation (visual on              gas,amps on elec)
